Immediate Action Items

• Attendance clarification, discussion and recommendation 
1. Define what is an excused and unexcused absence
2. Create resignation procedure for voting board and public board members that miss more than three (3)consecutive meetings within a twelve (12) month period for C15 JJB approval

• Discuss possible change in the meeting schedule for the Nominations and Membership Committee

• Discuss and define C15 JJB and Committee member role in active participation

Future Action Items

• Discuss and recommend possible by-law amendments to allow C15 JJB Chair the authority to recommend approval of all public members.
